HNY Retreats help you to improve and refine your yoga practice, focus your mind and rediscover simple pleasures as you experience true kinship in a supportive environment of like-minded men.
 Where: The retreat will take place at Blue Osa is on the Osa Peninsula, 20 minutes outside of rustic Puerto Jimenez in Costa Rica – a beach front eco resort nestled between the warm waters of the Golfo Dulce and the vast Corcavado Rainforest preserve.
When: We will hold two retreats, each lasting 7 days. Each 7-day retreat will offer something different so you may come to one 7-day retreat or or take part in the full 14-day.
Feb 12 – Feb 19, 2011 - Yoga and Watsu
Feb 19 – Feb 26, 2011 - Tantra Yoga
We officially begin each retreat at dinner on the first day Feb 12 and Feb 19 respectively, and our final session will be on the evenings of Feb 18 and 25 respectively, giving you the opportunity to leave as early as you wish on the final day.

What to expect? A full schedule of classes and workshops will be offered over the course of the retreat utilizing different practices and rituals, each with a Tantric focus. A typical day's schedule will feature an early morning practice with Asana and meditation, and a full morning practice,
The afternoon will provide an opportunity to receive some of Blue Osa's Spa Treatments or take part on their Eco Tours.
Each late afternoon/evening will feature a special Guest Teacher, Dwight, who will lead us Watsu. Watsu literally means "to purify with water," and in the most simplest terms means a massage performed in Water. This will take place the beautiful Blue Osa pool.
Dwight is a Master Massage therapist who utilizes several modalities from his beach front studio in Hawaii. He will lead us everyday in the first steps how to perform Watsu with each other. The receiver is continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combine with Watsu's movements, stretches, massage and point work, to create a bodywork with a range of therapeutic benefits and potential healing on many levels.
Watsu is profound, soothing and life transforming, and is the perfect compliment to yoga.
