Dear HNY Community
Earlier this week I returned from Costa Rica with my trip with Adam. As many of you know, two and a half years ago I teamed up with Adam Dolle (and Steven) to build a wellness center there that we now call Blue Osa. Even though our website is still a work in progress, you can get a sense of what’s happening when you visit www.blueosa.com.

Our goal is to share this uniquely beautiful experience of Costa Rica with you. We want to provide at Blue Osa a rare space for wellness, peace and freedom. There are many activities to enjoy while you are here such as surfing on our secluded beach, guided jungle adventures, and practicing yoga in the new open-air teak yoga studio. Or you may just want to hang out poolside where you can relax after your spa treatments and be immersed in pure Osa jungle sensations.
While my role is a more passive for now, Adam has taken on this massive undertaking as the designer and production manager. After 30 years in New York City, he is making the move with me to begin this new adventure. It was amazing to see the results of his efforts in this last visit and how much progress has been made. Many of the locals express their own awe at how rapidly our project is moving along.
Our HNY inaugural retreat is next year and we are offering two retreats back to back in March 2010. Additionally I will be offering a teacher training (please click here) for those who want to move deeper in their practice. Adam and I look forward to seeing you here at Blue Osa, soon to be our home. And even though you may not be able to come this year to this exceptional place, please consider Blue Osa to be your home too.
