 About Aaron Star's Teacher Trainings: This trainings will open the door for you to deepen your Yoga awareness and practice and (if you are looking for it) begin the path of a Teacher so that you can make a positive impact and possibly influence the direction society takes. HNY in New York is looking for consciously directed men who will take responsibility and create a deeply inspiring place for others to follow a path of spiritual and conscious awareness.
You might possibly wish to refine the skills you already have and as a consequence, begin to step up and into a “Leadership” position in HNY. If this is your desire, the Training in New York is the place where you will want to study because all HNY Teachers are required to take this Training before they qualify to teach Classes at the Studio.
For those students who have no desire to teach Yoga, the Teacher Training will guide participants into a deeper understanding of the teachings of Yoga, reaffirming to them that in life, we are either Followers or Path Finders. However, that being said, the Teacher Training Program is both taught and conducted in such a way as to better assist a student to become a Path Finder and to empower them you seek the truth in their own life.
 During any of the Hot Nude Yoga Teacher/Leadership Trainings, a student is submerged into the teachings and philosophy of Hot Nude Yoga and Tantra Yoga. To this end, they learn the how and why of all things taught, but more importantly, how these teachings affect students and help them to shift more positively in their lives.
About Aaron: Aaron, who is the Hot Nude Yoga Teacher Trainer, has worked with students and teachers of all levels. Through a combination of knowledge, extensive self study and the opportunity to work “hands-on” with students, all teachers and participants from past courses have greatly benefited from his trainings.

This HNY Teacher Training: Prana Krama and The Koshas - The Path to the True Self

Topics Covered:
 Not only will you begin to acquire the skills to teach a good yoga class, you will begin to develop the mastery of teaching Hot Nude Yoga and be able to lead retreats and workshops.
This particular training will be very special in that the core of the teachings will be on how to access and transform your students energetically. We will be doing this through Pranayama, and the science of sequencing. This will transcend much of the training you have either received so far, or will receive.
Prana is the force of life. In yoga it is everything essential. Without its grace, transformation would literally be impossible. Understanding Prana, the power behind all life, will help you to accelerate your spiritual path.
In addition, we will cover, extensively, the science behind the koshas. Much of this training will transcend anything you have ever done and many of the teachings come from an oral tradition.
Who is this training for?
This training is incredibly beneficial to those who have studied yoga and want to take their practice to a new level of depth and meaning. In addition, this training is also beneficial to those teachers looking to add some new tools, and to those people who are looking to begin a path in teaching. Two years of yoga experience is required for this training!
 Throughout this training, you will:
• develop an intensive Asana Practice.
• develop knowledge of the science of sequencing and composing a Yoga Class.
• develop knowledge to create your own Yoga Classes and Sequences.
• know how to sequence a class to access the different koshas.
• study the nature of alignment in Asana.
• develop the Science of Prana Yama.
• develop knowledge to give hands on experience.
• receive specifically crafted sequences of what to teach in your classes and how
to teach them. This includes Partner Yoga Poses and how they can seamlessly
fit into your classes.
• become a more effective Practitioner of Yoga
• receive a Certificate of Completion in this Training.

How proficient in yoga do you have to be to do the program
The HNY Teacher Training programs include many yoga practices. It does not matter how much prior experience you have in yoga. There is never a perfect time to begin a teacher training, except right now. The HNY Teacher Trainings are for all levels of teachers and students, and those who truly desire to seek truth and obtain the goal of yoga.
If you find that you want to accomplish ANY of the following, then this program is for you.:
- grow in your yoga practice
- understand the postures
- grow in your leadership abilities
- cultivate a deeper meditation practice
- develop deeper understanding of your body
- help and aid others to yoga and a more peaceful life
Do I need to have any other qualifications to be accepted into the program? What qualifications do I need to teach yoga?
To qualify for one of our Teacher Training Programs, you must complete an application, and have the desire for at least one of goals mentioned above.
The truth is that you do not need any qualifications to teach yoga yet, at least in the United States, Canada, and many other countries around the world. And, even if you have many qualifications, unless you are a very renowned teacher who offers something very unique, chances are that most yoga studios will still require you to do some sort of training at their studio. There are two primary reasons. Teacher Trainings are where most studios make their money, and the other reason is maintain some uniformity within the teachings their teachers offer.
Do I need to do the Hot Nude Yoga Training to teach at Hot Nude Yoga?
The answer in short is yes. Many people who teach often think that teaching at Hot Nude Yoga is an easy transition, and it is not. There are many attributes that go into a Hot Nude Yoga class. In addition to these attributes is the knowledge of Tantra, Asana, Vinyasa Krama, Prana Yama, and partner Yoga.
But I am already a teacher and have been teaching for a long time. Can I at least get a discount?
Yes we do have a auditors discount. If you feel that you fall into this category, please let us know in your registration. (The auditors discount only applies if you are taking the training in New York. It DOES NOT apply when we offer this training abroad.
I have already done this yoga training, should I do this training again?
In my experience, most people need to take something at least seven times before the really hear it, and hear something about a dozen times before they put it into action. Personally, I have taken some of the same trainings with my teachers many times, and years later, I still get much out of it and enhance my own skills.
In yoga, or any spiritual tradition, the importance of reconnecting with a teacher is always important.
Do you offer scholarships or work-exchange programs?
Occasionally we do offer work exchanges. However, we feel that our program is very affordable compared to other trainings offered out there.
