In the words of my teacher: "Tantra helps you ascend to greater and greater heights, while leading you to your own unique version of self mastery, transforming your vision of yourself, your practice, and your capacity in the world."
HOT NUDE YOGA integrates Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, contemplation, Partner Yoga and other diverse practices and insights.
Throughout the weekend you will be guided by Aaron and his Fellow HNY Teachers.
Together we will examine the meaning and purpose of our lives using powerful tools discovered by the Tantric Masters. We will explore in depth many areas of yogic philosophy including:
- Sensuality and touch
- The science and applications of mantra (sound)
- Kundalini/Shakti (the creative and sexual energy we all hold)
A full schedule of classes and workshops will be offered over the course of the retreat utilizing different practices and rituals, each with a Tantric focus. A typical day's schedule will feature:
- an optional early morning practice with Asana and meditation,
- a full morning practice,
- an afternoon session that may include philosophy discussions, partner yoga/posture workshops, and other inspiring practices,
- an evening practice featuring a more partnered focus and other yoga practices.
