The second retreat is almost over and it is hard to believe that I have been in Thailand for almost one month. 

The second retreat has been a complete and wonderful success.  That people "show up" and are ready to explore their yoga practice, themselves and each other never ceases to amaze me. 

 I was forutnate to go scuba diving a couple of times.  Below you will see a picture of me and a 9 - 12 foot bull shark behind me.  (Gulp!)  

In the last week I have had numerous emails from people telling me how much they wish they could come and be apart of these retreats.    Each person has mentioned  a different reason that stops them from coming.  In the end, its your life and its your decision to act or not act and what has been a constant "truth" in my life is that once I make a decision to do something, the universe moves with me and all the peices fall in place.
